And the first showing happened yesterday. Hopefully things go well, the house stays clean, and someone wants to pay OVER asking price. Am I right or am I right?!?! ;)

Best of luck on the selling! All signs point to our neighbors putting their place on the market soon. Their house is almost identical to ours so I'm very curious to see how that goes.

Hard for me to comment on this one. We sold our home without even trying. But that was seven years ago! Hope it goes well for you!

hi; just stopped by checking out everyone's 6-word Saturday entries; I do hope your house sells quickly; it is stressful to have a house on the market and trying to keep it up, having to leave when people come to see it, etc., etc., etc. Of course one of our houses sold when someone came through to view it when we had 6 kids over to play with my two, the house was a mess with toys scattered all over and was dirty, and the buyers decided it looked homey so they bought it. You never know what will make that person like it
