Get some trail mix and whenever you are having a bread craving eat some mixed nuts...you are craving "High protein foods" Fish, meat, nuts and beans. It sounds crazy because bread is a simple carbohydrate, but our body is ever ready to tell us it is lacking something..We just need to know how to listen.

I am laughing because I know! Bread... MMMMmmmm. This looks particularly yummy, and I'm imagining that it is warm and steamy, soft and delicicous.
I get those Carb Overload Cravings sometimes, too!
